Garden Tea Party Vendor

Join us for an exquisite high tea tradition, elegantly hosted in the historic Junior League Mansion.

THINGS YOU CAN DO TO PREPARE

 Vendors are responsible for bringing  everything needed to set up their pop-up store 

• Tables and chairs can be rented out through us. Any damages to them must be paid out immediately. 
• If you do not have a way to accept card payments, download the Square app! Let me know if you need help doing so.

• Vendors can bring only ONE (1) extra person to help set up and help them sell throughout the event.

• We will be hosting a FREE RAFFLE where guests will have the chance to win a prize from one of our vendor tables. Please choose one item from your store or service list that you are willing to give one (1) lucky winner for free of charge and let me know what it is ASAP. Each guest will receive (1) raffle ticket upon entry, vendors included.

• Vendors are expected to arrive at the location no later than 3:30PM and as early as 1:00PM the event begins promptly at 5:00PM
• There aren't any covered spaces along the primases, so tents are encouraged NO STAKES CAN BE PUT IN THE YARD BRING WEIGHTS!

• ALL VENDORS MONIES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. IF WEATHER PROBLEMS ARRISE WE WILL PROVIDE A RAINCHECK DATE. IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE RAIN CHECK DATE YOU FORFEIT YOUR VENDOR MONIES.
